ಈ ಅಂಶವನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಸೂಕ್ತ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಸಮೇತ ಪುನಃ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
