चर्चा के केंद्र में बिहार में गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा एवं स्किलिंग, कृषि-आधारित उद्योग, निवेश, उद्यमिता, पर्यटन और राज्य की सकारात्मक छवि निर्माण जैसे विषय प्रमुख रहे। राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों और ITI में नई-पीढ़ी को वैश्विक मांग वाले कौशल और नर्सिंग जैसे क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षण, अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रमाणन, अंतरराष्ट्रीय विश्वविद्यालयों से साझेदारी, सह-कार्य (co-working) स्पेस, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का विस्तार और स्टार्ट-अप इकोसिस्टम को मज़बू��� करने जैसे कई उपयोगी सुझाव सामने आए।
