@suneetha_suresh@Dhriyamana@abhishekcode@KabraVrinda She is well within her rights to refuse to pander towards someone who bullies people with rank. Everyone should wait their turn. You clearly are biased against doctors otherwise you’d see she was right here.
kriti sanon's dress was a major concern for our "culture" but the way that teenage girl in bihar got mistreated and humiliated isn't a serious concern now ???? is it our "culture" ??? where are their voice now ? what are they doing?
shame man, shame.
@glindastan4@Naabfrom@Lunasreign_ “Actual Indian actresses” like anyone with her skin colour would be hired in India itself. Fk off. Acting like there’s not a ton more in Hollywood itself. She’s a Tamil actress and she actually has a spine compared to her non poc peers.
I’m disappointed because I love them. Because I listen to INTO THE SUN and bawl because I envision them as seven friends that are by my side. But now??? I feel lost and sad. You built your brand on being champions for the downtrodden and that included colored women too. @BTS_twt
the minute half of you realise we don't want ANY members of bts to be bad people, the minute this convo will be productive. because why would i want the band ive loved for years, seen live, got merch, tattoos, 30+ albums, etc. to be bad people ??? genuinely ???
End violence campaign literally vanishing right in front my eyes as I see this. Cmon man what is this bs. Why cb like eww.. couldn’t find better music than his??? You’ve literally collabed with the giants of hip hop but suddenly they’re tight with this domestic abuser ahh loser?
@NiceAsh13 I already hate Cb guts man. I love RM that’s the fking difference. People are not hating him they’re pissed off because the person they thought was worth supporting and loving is suddenly cozying up with a known abuser and convicted felon
Your analysis is good but it ignores one thing. When the Beatles were first rising to fame, it was women who supported them. Women, who were ridiculed for fangirling and “Beatlemania”.
As the Beatles gained more pop culture legitimacy (and as their lyrics and legacy got more misogynistic), more men became Beatles fans. Every Beatles ‘expert’ was a man. A Rolling Stone list of 10 “best books” on the Beatles are all written by male authors.
Today, the Beatles are thought of as “classic dad rock”. There is a masculine, classic edge to them. Men have taken over their fandom, and play the role of gatekeepers and tastemakers - while avid female interest in the Beatles gets treated with the same degree of suspicion directed at young women wearing band T-shirts. Female Beatles fans are subjected to questions from male fans “testing their knowledge” on the band, and suggesting that even if they do know the band, they aren’t appreciating them properly. How ironic, when it was women who first spotted a diamond in the rough.
This is the underlying misogyny underpinning the likes of what men like Gene Simmons had to say about BTS. It is not the number of fans, but the number of MALE fans, by whom the seriousness and worthiness of music is measured.
Misogyny, and a contempt for anything women support and enjoy, is what your analysis was missing.
There are protests everywhere in the Country
Please do not settle without any accountability, please do not let these voices fade because you found a new movie or celebrity drama more interesting!!!
if i were a better person i would say some shit like "it has been 5 years, i hope they both grew their art and look back at that moment with embarrassment!" but truth be told i hope they both fell balls first into an industrial grinder and died that very same day
