@scmedicinals Isn’t HRV a very personal thing? My HRV is low but I live a pretty healthy life. I workout 3-5 times a week, I eat plenty of veggies and beans and protein and fruit. I sleep 7-8 hours a night but it doesn’t really go up. I asked my doctor about and he told me not to worry.
@isaiahrmartin You know. I actually got irked a tiny bit that you cut him off sometimes. I genuinely liked hearing his ideas. I get that’s the format etc but it was such a breath of fresh air!
