Mustapha Gajibo, a young innovator, has been building electric cars in Nigeria since 2017 without any formal training. In 2011, he gained admission to study engineering at the University of Maiduguri but along the line, Gajibo chose to drop out as he was learning more from his personal research than from the four walls of a classroom.
Today, he runs his own company and is advocating for more practical university curriculums in Nigeria.
