@MwendiaJnr Damn!I have experienced it man, responsibilities will overwhelm a man in marriage to the point sex isn't a consideration https://t.co/UBAfRF3zgV just don't feel like.Golden tip:Be financially stable before you get into a marriage otherwise you will quit it.
The EACJ found that Uganda violated Article 104 of the EAC Treaty (which guarantees the free movement of persons) and the Common Market Protocol. Denying the applicant entry without Treaty-based reasons, without providing legal grounds, a hearing was illegal. @jumuiya@EACJCourt
.@joshuamalidzo has been busy looking to serve @HonAdenDuale for contempt of court. I don't hold it against him that he missed this lil gem delivered last week by Aburili.
Peter married Mary. Mary filed for Divorce. Peter "refused to be divorced" because Catholic doctrines don't recognise Divorce. To make his case stronger, he invited the Conference of Catholic Bishops to participate.
Justice Aburili ends with this blow:
*In conclusion, it is important to appreciate that marriage is fundamentally
a partnership rooted in voluntary commitment and mutual happiness, not a
coercive or imprisoning arrangement of until death do us part. Recognizing
and appreciating marriage as a flexible and respectful institution allows for
compassion and dignity for those facing unfulfilled or harmful relationships.
Thus, ending a marriage can be a positive step towards personal growth and
well-being, rather than a failure or moral failing*
I am sure Joshua will summarize it better or incite @ochiengwally to author serious scholarly reflections.
Look, maybe I speak from a place of privilege never having being cheated on, or never committing long enough to be cheated on; at least, not to the best of my knowledge. But I doubt pleading with the cheater would work here. Say your thank you's and keep it moving.
Ladies and gentlemen,
On the first attempt!
Yours truly,

Folks,
Finance Bill 2026 proposed amendments are now out!!
There's a proposal on PAYE bands. Important to flag though that it is not from the Finance & Planning Committee but from Kathiani MPVHon. Robert Mbui.
Delighted that the PAYE proposal lifts from the submission we made as Strathmore Tax Research Centre.
Let's see what happens on the floor of the House.

Has been problematic since last october when passport was renewed and despite several follow up visits at Naivasha and Nakuru store the same remains unaddressed and it is frustrating especially with Mpesa deposits. Please advise.
