@Okafov01 @ruffydfire They're not conventional workers. They're trespassers who invade the construction site to scavenge on old rebars they can get any which way from old structures being demolished. It's difficult to chase them completely away from the site. It happens every time in Nigeria.

@TheYemiKing Bro, before you shoot, look well o. It's barbaric people that shoot where all they needed was only brains to understand & take proactive actions. Shoot at sight happens only where brains fail. These people are harvesting used steel from an old drainage under demolition.

@gsbabatunde I didn't say so. Of course, they're scavengers. The difference is, they're not committing a crime this time. The drainage is being demolished. They're using the opportunity to harvest the steel in the old structure. It's seen wherever there's a large-scale demolition in Nigeria.
