Went 5 and 3 in my first ever regional. I have to give a big shout out to @JoeUX9 for helping me build a team, being patient as a coach, and sharing all his knowledge with me at the literal end of the day after he’s been coaching for 7 hours.
Looking forward to NAIC!
@Rabadash2 You forgot the part where I said walk 2 hours a day. Not sure what you mean by normal. When does have unlimited food that we can consume whenever we want normal?
If a person ate what they burned from their basal metabolic rate plus physical activity they wouldn’t gain weight
@TheStalwart@conorsen The more impressive status symbol will be losing weight without drugs because it shows you have the time and resources to spend throughout the day to dedicate to losing weight.
Plus studies are already showing that GLP 1s are bad for your resting heart rate (increase it)
@Rabadash2 I doubt that. 1) people are notoriously bad at tracking their caloric intake (very often underestimating how much they eat) and 2) actually not getting in enough movement throughout the day (15 minutes of weightlifting barely burns any calories. Try walking 2 hours per day)
@Alan_Couzens I’m trying to do CrossFit while keeping my HR under zone 2. Means a lot of lowering the weights and slowing down. Also keeping my 2 hours of walking and biking in.
Will let you know how it goes but I see more muscle definition after 11 months
@pdamodaran@RLx6o I don’t believe 3) was a gotcha question.

@ACInvestorBlog How could the stock price move when they are only guiding top line revenue growth of 10% for 2027?
Growth is almost nonexistent so share price doesn’t really command a higher multiple
