@RubyD_JinaG@Ms_Lipps@Nik_1078 He acts like people just have k!llers living next door to them 😂😂😂. “Wouldn’t you want to know if you had one??” And SA offenders are in the registry. No one needs him to announce that either. 😂
@UntwistedLive For Kelsey,I think it’s may be good bc the judge understands the law and the language, but for AK? NO WAY. Especially not his judge. He knows exactly who AK is. I actually wish he WOULD pick a bench trial. He would be in prison sooner. He still thinks his jurors will be riders.
@MAlbaugh9948@Nik_1078 I’m sorry that’s not how it works. If people started publishing everything they “truly believed” to be factual about another person all over the internet, we would be in a lot of trouble. Strong opinions and beliefs do not replace a conviction. Agree to disagree 😊
@MAlbaugh9948@Nik_1078 Accusing someone of committing a serious crime without an actual conviction can land a person a defamation suit. Some courts actually recognize a person’s damages of such an accusation per se.
@ProblemGirl_13@TexasS20339 Well, he is also a convicted k!ller who confessed. It’s kind of a weak comparison. It’s weird for a blogger to be posting her picture online. You don’t have to agree.
