There is something broken in the peptide market right now, and we built Sapho Bio to fix it.
Compounding pharmacies don't just need sterility testing. They need the full release panel, done fast. We deliver lot release in two business days.
Our CEO Abraham Chaibi and CTO John McSpedon on why we exist.
@LeeRosebush Independent third party testing, following USP chapters for testing of sterility, endotoxins and others is one of many ways compounding pharmacies work to raise the safety bar for their medications
🚨 NEWS: Our analytical testing lab is officially on the road to ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
@SaphoBio has engaged Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation (PJLA) as our accreditation body for ISO/IEC 17025:2017. PJLA has confirmed our pending accreditation status, and the on-site assessment is scheduled for Q4 2026.
ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard for testing laboratories. It independently verifies a lab's technical competence, the validity of its methods and the impartiality of its results.

Best part about endotoxins testing is a PASS result!
But do you know how it's actually determined?
In very simple terms:
1) Know the endotoxin limit and the max valid dilution (MVD).
2) Method suitability: reagent in spec, then spike a known amount of endotoxin into the actual sample matrix. Recovery has to land 50–200%
3) Test the sample and compare to the limit
