@Telstra nbn outage this morning, since then internet dropouts every two minutes. Called Telstra support 3x today - they all went through the script. I told them it was definitely a Telstra issue since this happened before and was fixed by Telstra externally. (1/n)

But the Telstra staff was too busy letting me go through the script over and over again to make it look like I did something wrong or the fault is with me. Had they listened, they could’ve escalated it much sooner.

You need to work on this, @Telstra.
