That is not a missed cue. That is the man. The spotlight was on someone else for a second, and he could not give it. A veteran who wore the uniform this country asked for. A kitchen table that still tells the Italy stories. Princess Louise Dragoon Guards. The Plugs. Fathers who came home and did not ask for a podium. He could not stand up.
Who does he think he is. The CEO. The announcement. The oceans cheque. The envoy title for the household. The House he skips. And now a seat he will not leave when the room is honouring a soldier. Honour is the one thing that does not require a budget line. He did not have it on him.
We see him. Not the poll. Not the address. The seat. Above the rest of us, including the man who served. We do not like him. We do not owe him the benefit of the clip. A prime minister who will not stand for a veteran has already told you the order he keeps.

It’s just been reported by the Globe and Mail that Carney wants to work toward connecting “next-generation payment systems to facilitate faster, lower-cost and more seamless cross-border transactions” which is claimed will “make it easier for Canadians and Europeans to conduct business, invest and transfer funds internationally”
Both Canada and the EU said that U.S. influence over the existing payment systems is a risk due to Trump.

Carney is sinking our relationship on purpose with the U.S.

Anyone who is relying on that man to get a deal in order to save their business or company better be prepared to lose everything.

Carney has big plans for Canada, non of which anyone voted for.

Let me ask you this question. Let’s say you’re going to bake a cake and come over and after you mix everything up in the bowl and you put it in the pan and put it in the oven. I then after 1 minute open the oven take it out and throw it in the garbage. Would you ask me why I threw away you cake? If so I would say it’s not a cake it’s just some flour, eggs and milk. Would you respond that it was “going” to be a cake? According to scientists Moore and Persaud, The Developing Human: “Human development begins at fertilization,” and “a zygote is the beginning of a new human being.
I’m sorry that I don’t like seeing abortions used as birth control. We all have consequences for our communal actions. You have your views and I have mine. I don’t think we can agree but that doesn’t make us enemies in my opinion.
And as I’ve said multiple time, medical emergencies, rape and incest are the outliers and are legitimate reasons. Growing up in poverty is not. Poverty is not a fault of the child and if that is a reason to kill a child in utero. Maid is something that I understand for the terminally ill and don’t want to suffer.
I don’t understand how I am violating a woman’s bodily autonomy. I not trying to violate anybody body. I’m saying that the innocent child is never being given a chance at life, a chance to be a part of this world. I will say it again that in the circumstance of life threatening situations for the mother, rape and incest I believe that making the woman carry the child is wrong. Those situations are extremely rare and are a very small percentage of abortions. Many of the 102,000+ that were performed last year in Canada most were first trimester and elective. You, me and every other person on the planet have a different DNA than our mother meaning that we are 2 distinct people. That is my take on that. I’m not trying to make women do anything, I am trying to make people see that a child is being killed. Why, I don’t know.
Now for the sense of what a man is. I think I did pretty good. When
I was younger I lead men in theatre. I fell apart once back home and instead of diving into the bottle or drugs I asked for help and have been doing so since. No drinking, drugs or smoking. Did what I could for my boys and raised men that cook, clean and are respectful, responsible young men. We believe that we must accountable and responsible for our actions. I think that is the best way to live. From your last statement you seem to also have conservative thinking except for abortion but again I don’t want to assume.
When we are able to have respectful conversations we will find that we agree on many things, it’s just the way we get there is the biggest difference.
