Not quite sure why you guys can do data restoration for exploiters, but not for people who lost their data and can't get answers on why it can't be restored. For a game ran by a studio that wants to "do bigger," it sure seems like the opposite.

@FischOnROBLOX I'm more dissatisfied with the distinct lack of care for users who suffered total data losses. Recently logged onto the game to do the winter event only to discover my data gone, and no way to inquire about restoration. Losing limited run items for good sucks, immensely.
