We stand in solidarity with @psac_afpc members and call on the employer to return to the table with our PSAC colleagues to present an offer that meets their demands for fair wage increases in the face of the cost-of-living crisis.

Congratulations to my friend @drbeaulac on her new book with @caseymayberglund and Courtney Amo, The Mind-Body Way: The Embodied Leader's Path to Resilience, Connection, and Purpose. Looking forward to reading it and learning about #embodiedleadership
The CAF's new recruitment ad is so good. Seeing the civies transform into uniforms and the fibers extending into the person gave me goosebumps. https://t.co/755zn2Q0mX #CanadianArmedForces#ThisIsForYou#InclusionMatters
# of COVID deaths per year in Canada:
2020: 15,307
2021: 14,606
2022: 19,035
Let's get one thing straight: 2022 wasn't the year that we โlearned to live with COVID.โ It was the year we were told to ignore COVID while it continued to cause mass suffering, disability, and death.
Thank you to the random stranger who bought the three CatKid books for my mom (presents for my son) at Walmart in Stittsville, after she realized that they weren't in her budget. You just restored her faith in humanity. #RandomActofKindness#payitforward
This is what I told the government when I heard about their back to office policy.
I want every public servant to hear me clearly: I see you. Iโm sorry that youโre being treated so unfairly. Iโll stand with you every step of the way until you get the respect you deserve.
So it turns out that the people who were wrong that the pandemic was over in April 20, July 20, October 20, March 21, June 21, September 21, March 22, and August 22 also turned out to be wrong in November 22.
What a surprise to us all.
Today is Canada's National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. Every year, we mourn the loss of 14 women whose lives were senselessly cut short. They were daughters, sisters, & friends. Gender-based violence has no place in our communities. #EndGBV#16Days
Every one of us should be angry that one of Ontarioโs largest childrenโs hospitals has had to call in the Red Cross to help with staffing.
Every one of us should be demanding that our government immediately invest more resources into our healthcare system.
Every one of us.

What we're seeing is @fordnation and @Sflecce bullying the lowest paid education workers, driving them out of the education system, and putting our kids' education at risk.
At the end of the day it's our kids who are going to pay the price.
