بحیثیتِ بلوچ، میں اس بیانیے کی نہ صرف تائید کرتا ہوں بلکہ اسے اپنے دل کی آواز سمجھتا ہوں۔ سچ یہ ہے کہ بی ایل اے (BLA) اور اس جیسی دیگر شدت پسند تنظیموں کی پرتشدد کارروائیوں کی وجہ سے آج کا بلوچستان سسک رہا ہے اور یہاں کا عام شہری بے پناہ مشکلات کا سفر کاٹ رہا ہے۔ جب ہم اپنے اردگرد دیکھتے ہیں، تو یہ دیکھ کر دل خون کے آنسو روتا ہے کہ ہم دنیا اور خود اپنے ملک کے دیگر حصوں سے بہت پیچھے رہ گئے ہیں۔ جہاں دوسرے صوبے اور خطے تعلیم، صحت، جدید ٹیکنالوجی اور بنیادی ڈھانچے (Development) پر بات کر رہے ہیں اور آگے بڑھ رہے ہیں، وہاں ہم بلوچ آئے روز ان دہشت گردوں کے بارود، دھماکوں اور ٹارگٹ کلنگ کی زد میں آ جاتے ہیں۔

آج صورتحال یہ ہے کہ ان مٹھی بھر دہشت گردوں کی وجہ سے نہ تو ہماری جان و مال محفوظ ہے، نہ ہماری مائیں بہنیں خوف کے سائے سے آزاد ہیں، اور نہ ہی ہمارا انفراسٹرکچر سلامت ہے۔ ترقی کے نام پر بننے والی سڑکیں، اسکول، ہسپتال اور گیس پائپ لائنیں ان کا نشانہ بنتی ہیں، جس کا خمیازہ کسی اور کو نہیں بلکہ صرف اور صرف یہاں کے مقامی بلوچ کو بھگتنا پڑتا ہے۔ خدا ہی جانتا ہے کہ ان کی اس نام نہاد 'آزادی کی جنگ' نے اب تک کتنی ماؤں کی گودیں اجاڑ دیں، کتنے بچوں سے ان کے باپ چھین لیے اور کتنے ہنستے کھیلتے خاندانوں کو ہمیشہ کے لیے ماتم کدہ بنا دیا۔

بلوچستان کی اصل پہچان، ہماری تاریخ اور ہماری ثقافت ہمیشہ سے غیر مشروط محبت اور 'مہمان نوازی' رہی ہے۔ لوگ دور دور سے ہماری مہمان نوازی کی مثالیں دیا کرتے تھے اور یہاں خود کو محفوظ ترین تصور کرتے تھے۔ لیکن آج ان دہشت گرد تنظیموں کی سفاکیت کی وجہ سے پوری دنیا میں ہمارا پرامن اور غیرت مند نام بدنام ہو رہا ہے۔ روزگار کی تلاش میں یا ملک کی خدمت کے لیے آنے والے معصوم اور نہتے غیر بلوچوں کو جس بزدلی سے نشانہ بنایا جاتا ہے، وہ کسی بھی بلوچ روایت کا حصہ نہیں ہو سکتا۔ یہ دہشت گرد حملے کرتے وقت نہ معصوم بچوں کا لحاظ کرتے ہیں، نہ خواتین کو بخشتے ہیں اور نہ ہی خاندانوں کا پاس رکھتے ہیں۔ یہ بلوچیت نہیں، بلکہ خالصتاً بربریت ہے۔

میں ایک محبِ وطن بلوچ کی حیثیت سے، اقوامِ متحدہ (UN) اور تمام بین الاقوامی برادری اور انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں سے پرزور اپیل کرتا ہوں کہ وہ بی ایل اے (BLA) اور اس کی سہولت کار دیگر تنظیموں کو فوری طور پر عالمی سطح پر بلیک لسٹ کریں۔ ان کے مالیاتی ذرائع کو روکا جائے اور ان کی قیادت کو قانون کے کٹہرے میں لایا جائے، تاکہ بلوچستان کا مستقبل ان کے شر سے پاک ہو سکے۔ ہمیں بندوق اور خوف نہیں، بلکہ قلم، کتاب، روزگار اور امن چاہیے۔ جب تک یہ دہشت گردی ختم نہیں ہوگی، بلوچستان میں حقیقی خوشحالی اور امن کا خواب ادھورا رہے گا۔

A few days ago, Dr. Mahnoor was the victim of an acid attack. Today, we are mourning the tragic loss of 17-year-old #EshalFatima from #Jhang. 💔

According to reports, Eshal was kidnapped and subjected to a horrific assault before she succumbed to her injuries. Her story has shaken the conscience of the nation and left many questioning how long women and children will continue to suffer such brutality.

What makes this even more painful is that these tragedies are not isolated incidents. From Punjab to #Balochistan, countless women and children continue to face harassment, violence, abuse, and exploitation. Many cases never make headlines, and many victims never receive the justice they deserve.

A society cannot call itself civilized while its daughters live in fear and its children remain vulnerable. The safety of women and children is not a regional issue, a political issue, or a social media trend, it is a fundamental human right.

Today, we remember Eshal Fatima. We stand with every woman and child who has suffered violence, whether in Jhang, Balochistan, or anywhere else. Their pain deserves to be acknowledged, their voices deserve to be heard, and their rights deserve to be protected.

May Eshal Fatima rest in peace, and may #justice prevail.
