Homes are too expensive now a states are too high. It would be reckless and unaffordable to move. Our mortgages is less than rent .

@iam_biglad1 Get a bonus , they take 41% of it, get a raise, pay more in taxes, pay one bill , something breaks, save some money , something else breaks. If would be nice to spend some money of living instead of surviving.

@ARmastrangelo @GE_Appliances We bought a new washer during Covid. Stick with a top load. It has the glass top. Well
The trim around the glass cracked and broke. Parts and labor is just as much as a new one. WTH. White duct tape has held up great. Put a cute little thing over it to hide it and it works.
