@united What am I supposed to do? My fly was delayed and I might not make it until the flight is boarding! I was told in NY that no one could help me until I got to Denver. The Denver flight might be boarding by the time I get there.

@united A stranger has to sit with my kids. My kids who need to be taken to the bathroom, who need help with their snacks, who need help with their tablets. How can you do that to them and how can you do that to a stranger?!

@united Yesterday my flight was changed due to not making a connection. When the agent changed my flights he told me my kids would be seated with me. I just got my seats and my kids who are 4 and 6 are not seated with me. This is not ok. I was told we would be seated together.

@eBay You lack costumer service which really stinks! Fed ex lost my package. Seller said they would help because fed ex wouldn't speak to me (because of how seller set it up) and then ghosted me. Now I am out my money with no help and no item. NOT COOL!

On Saturday, June 17, I was on a Lyft ride in Washington, D.C. that made me fear for my safety.

My driver missed numerous turns, prolonging my ride. In the midst of D.C. traffic, he almost hits a car and slams on his breaks, stopping about a foot from the car in front of him-
