Having read that the Gatwick situation might still be heavily disrupted for several days. Considering booking another flight just in case, but geez are they pricy. Or long,

@PeterBCunha @Fly_Norwegian I know it's rubbish, but after refreshing the page, logging in and out and just keep trying I managed to finally rebook mine. Took a good hour though. Good luck!

@uF4No Ah, that might be it then. My flight was due to depart at 19:50 and it got officially cancelled about an hour ago. Still, I had to log in and out of their website and refresh a few times before it would display as cancelled, in order to start this whole replacement process.

@uF4No @Fly_Norwegian @NorwegianUKI Hey, I had the same problem. I kept trying again, and again and again, and eventually the system let me through and I was able to quickly rebook before the website started misbehaving again. Hoping this will help you, it's silly as hell but it saved me a new ticket.

@kchambo8 @Fly_Norwegian Hi Kirsty, I just wanted to let you know that I had success changing my flight after frantically clicking that button, getting the error message, and repeating this silly process about 20 times. Eventually I got lucky and it let me quickly reschedule my flight for free.

@BogusDonPedro @Fly_Norwegian The frustrating thing is that they claim to offer a rescheduling of the flight, and there are some available for tomorrow, but the system/app wont allow me/us to change. Will do what you suggested.

@DollyDeighton @Fly_Norwegian I've got the same problem. The website says that the airport is closed, and that we can rebook, but it wont let me do that at all. I was supposed to fly at 19:50. Norwegian, please offer some kind of answer!
