@Boletta_Lab we did a similar comparison between Parse and 10XGenomics in adult mouse kidney (scRNAseq, not sn). Results will be presented next week by postdocs Daniel Spies @zurichBioinf and Sara Clerici @Sara_Cler at #KidneyWk in Orlando (➡️Nov 4, FR-P0298).
