@FlySWISS 3 phone calls to try to refund a flexible flight. Hung up on once when I questioned something. Sat in front of my ticket conditions that says it is refundable yet told i can't cancel & I still haven't got a full refund. Can tell you're connected to @lufthansa #unhappy

I can safely say that @lufthansa has the worst customer service ever. Call the contact centre and get different advice every time I call and get called a liar when I say their colleague gave me different advice. Use the contact us form and hear nothing for 5 months. #worst

@lufthansa I'd like to start by someone from @lufthansa responding to my contact form and actually getting the correct answer, rather than the multitude of different ones I've gotten when I called regarding my flights, that have now left me in a mess #WorstCustomerService #DontFlyLufthansa

@lufthansa Thanks for the reply but we are talking two months to look into something pretty simple and at least acknowledge the upset caused! I have flown Lufthansa before but now I NEVER EVER want to fly with you again and would advise others not to do so.

@lufthansa please can you tell me why nobody is responding to my customer contact form? It was sent well before Christmas. I've tried calling but get different answers each time which has left my family and I frustrated and confused. You've had me in tears more than once!
