@Se_Railway But it’s your trains I am consistently missing through no fault of my own, and it happens on a weekly basis (particularly the 08.44 to Victoria on Sundays). Is there nothing you can do about it?

@Se_Railway frequently at Denmark Hill we are told to wait on the footbridge as the train may change platform at a short notice. This is not feasible if it takes you some time to get down the steps ie with mobility issues or taking a pram. Can you please stop doing this?!
