🇲🇽 Rheumatology residents are highly motivated to learn #MSUS, but only 10.8% receive formal training during residency. The gap is not interest. It is structure.
As a specialty, we must do better. Residents need early exposure to #ultrasound in #rheumatology, access to equipment & mentorship, and structured competency-based training throughout residency.
