Brands do not succeed because of the packaging. but because of how they made their buyer feel.
It is important to align your marketing with the identity of your buyer for them to want your product/service.
A reliable after-purchase experience is also a must!

Marketing is never about the brand, or its image.
NOPE!
It is about delivering an experience that makes the customer feel that a part of their life is getting easier, better, smoother because of your product or service.
#Marketing
Marketing isn't about selling a product or service.
It is about fulfilling a desire, building a connection, and delivering a trustworthy outcome.
Understand your customers need and aim for making their life better.

Calling your audience / followers / supporters / students / mentees 'stupid' will not earn you their respect. It'll make sure only real stupid stay and everyone with self-respect and conscience will walk out, never to look back in your direction again.
Epic leadership fail!
A. J. .@arthurjack everything you post has been a big help to me.
I know I 'followed' you only today, but that's only because I did not realize that the person I have been liking the content of and is inspiring me I had not followed.
Kept seeing your updates so automatically assumed I am following you.
Yes please, keep talking, keep sharing.
It has given me a lot of strength in the last few months and helped me talk about my own Mental Health without holding myself back.
Stigma is all around, every nook and corner and it impacts us individuals deeply because every time we open up, we think about 2000 things that will be assumed about us, the way we will be looked at and how it will be used to gaslight us.
It has kept me silent for a long time.
But when people like you normalize vulnerability ...
It gives us courage.
It gives us the feeling that we are not 'the only one' going through it.
It helps feel a little safer than feeling 'no one will understand' and that 'no one will respect my truth'.
So please, keep talking!!!

@verollorcasmith I don't quite agree with the 'Military Discipline'. To me it is more about a balanced routine and clear focus that keeps them successful.
Are militaries disciplined anymore .. looking around us?
