we booked a car for 5 days in Fuerteventura, Spain (booking DYS-130328264)

Because our flight was delayed on 15 June, the office was closed and we couldn't pick up the car then.

We went the next morning and the booking was cancelled because we were a "no show" but we were charged the full fee.

Your customer service said that we were not allowed to get the car anymore, even though it's fully paid.

Can you please sort this out ASAP?

I still don’t have a job but…

I built a new career as a writer and public speaker.
