@isabelletran88 Ah love this, totally agree! I only worry about taking this too far (I’ve seen some apps at conferences trying to “gamify” these scores for pts) and then metrics serving as a self-fulfilling prophecy that confirms a depressed person’s already negative worldview
This is exciting to me due to AI's ability to have another "objective" metric for use in psychiatry. Even the most self-aware person is confined to their subjective experience just by the nature of existence. [thread]

1) Dedicate some of your time to making things better for people around you.
2) Use some of what you have to improve things for those with less.
