Program Director Dr. Ruiz lead a vascular anastomosis skills lab. A benefit of the program is that they cover the cost of a pair of Loupes for the residents to have at the beginning of their second year.

The general surgery residency program had their end of year celebration dinner this past week. Dr. Rusty Milhoan was awarded the Faculty Member of the Year, voted on by the residents. Dr. Kavneet Kaur was awarded the Resident of the Year, voted on by the general surgery faculty.
