💧🇫🇷 Comment l’eau est-elle gouvernée en France ? Focus sur les bassins « hydrographiques »

🤝En France, la gouvernance de l’eau est multi-acteurs (publics, privés, mixtes…) et multi-échelles.

La gouvernance est divisée en 12 bassins « hydrographiques » : 7 en France métropolitaine et 5 en Outre-mer.

🌄🌊 Un bassin « hydrographique » est une zone géographique délimitée par des montagnes ou collines, où les eaux de pluie et de fonte des neiges s'écoulent vers un même cours d'eau principal.

La politique de gestion de l’eau française s’organise autour de ces bassins.

Pour chacun des 12 bassins hydrographiques, il existe 2 instances centrales :

· Les comités de bassin : ils décident des grandes orientations dans le cadre des politiques 🇫🇷 et 🇪🇺 de l’eau.

· Les agences de l’eau, telles que la @Seine_normandie. Principaux organes de financement de la politique de l’eau, elles financent notamment des projets favorisant la préservation et la reconquête du bon état de la ressource en eau.

We did a field experiment on 30 plant species in which 158 observers counted plants in quadrats. We show that everyone misses individuals during counts, and that detection varies with multiple factors. https://t.co/eqMJ0RQc4h
