@marksandspencer this has happened to us so many times with M&S. It's a joke

[Sarah Kelley @SarahFKelley]

@marksandspencer how can you not be when they weren't even meant to be released until September?? That's what the new brochure says

[Sarah Kelley @SarahFKelley]

@marksandspencer when the product T340298S will be online? No-one seems to know. The rest of that pan collection is online now

[Sarah Kelley @SarahFKelley]

@marksandspencer spent about 2 hours on the phone to you getting told contradictory info constantly. Infuriating! Please can someone advise

[Sarah Kelley @SarahFKelley]

@ZARA_Care called and was told nothing they can do. Asked to speak to a manager who was right there and was told he's too busy. Poor form.

[Sarah Kelley @SarahFKelley]

@ZARA_Care dress broke first time of wearing and no others in stock. Going to mend it myself but shouldn't have to pay for faulty stock...

[Sarah Kelley @SarahFKelley]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp hi. Just had this product in size 8 in my basket. Went to check out and now sold out - 776431. Is it coming back in stock?

@thetrainline Hi. I booked an off-peak return for this Sunday but the confirmation email refers to a specific train. The ticket type says

[Sarah Kelley @SarahFKelley]

@chilternrailway ok thanks. So you'd advise me booking one instead?

[Sarah Kelley @SarahFKelley]

@chilternrailway @NRE_Chiltern Hi. I need to get a taxi from Oxford Parkway station this evening. Can you tell me if they have a rank pls?

[Sarah Kelley @SarahFKelley]
