Disgraceful experience @GWRHelp. Train with booked seat cancelled. Next one packed seat n/a so sat in First Class waiting to upgrade. Machine ‘broken’ booted out. Many cancellations at Paddington. Happens frequently. Call this a service?

@londoncouncils : Freedom Pass service. A joke. Can’t get through on phone - 15 attempts, holding for one hour and counting, on a nightmare loop and your renewal/replacement facility online is not taking payment. What is going on? An absolute disgrace.
