@arrivayorkshire can you explain why a daysaver ticket which is supposed to be valid across all bus operators doesn’t work on any of your buses? Bought on the first app, had to plead with the bus driver twice already today to let me on as my ticket is valid! So frustrating.

@rhiannewhitt @TUIUK It’s appalling! We were delayed by 3 and a half hours today coming home and again they blamed it on weather! No chance. I’ll be getting my compensation for both flights for sure.

@TUIUK any further info on our flight delay? Been in the airport since 3am, should have departed at 6am. Been given a £10 voucher, less than £2 per hour for the delay. No staff to ask, just abandoned in the terminal. All I wanna do is go on holiday.. just get me to Menorca

@TUIUK You lot are a set of chancers- filled out the form and it’s been rejected. 7 hour 35 minute delay which you told us was Operational Issues is now being blamed on weather so you don’t have to pay compensation to the whole flight. I expect my compensation.
