Only to be told you can only make a complaint if you have an account. I was given a contact number for customer services, on getting through to this department they were equally unhelpful and told again just do it online. I think you are totally missing the point

And this would be impossible for him. I was then told to go online and just do it in his name. I asked was this not fraudulent, and again told if you want and account that's the only way. Not happy with this response I asked to speak to customer services to make a complaint,

Another weekend another competition. The British Championships this time. After a tough competion Mikey came 2nd A, making 3 finals on the Sunday, finishing 3rd on highbar, proud parents again 🥈🥉🇬🇧👏👏👏 Thank you to his amazing coaches for all their support and commitment.

After only being able to compete 3 pieces due to injury, Mikey has had a fantastic weekend. U18 High Bar British Champion and silver on rings. Proud as always. 🥇🥈🏆

After Mikey injured his back in training on Sunday, we didn't think he would be able to compete at the English Champs this weekend. But he decided to reduce his routines to a minimum and go for the experience, and what an experience it was -U18 5th AA 3rd on rings floor & highbar

Final international competition of the year, and what a way to end it. GB came 1st by 11 points. 5th place all around for Mikey, the team spirit was amazing and fantastic to watch, another proud day 🇬🇧

When your daughter finds someone collapsed on the floor unconscious and not breathing, she helps save their life by using her first aid training that she learnt at school @BrigshawPE one of the best lessons you have ever taught her. Kayleigh we are so proud of you x
