@OfficialFV please educate your shop staff to not advise that a mattress comes boxed and can be collected in your own car. My Husband has wasted two hours of his day which he shuffled to accommodate collecting only to find it in no way fits and we have a large car!! #annoyed

@British_Airways is it common for money paid to upgrade via your app to not be taken immediately and when queried it be suggested you pay again at a higher cost and request a reclaim of the first payment?

@Ascot great day yesterday, but please ensure that the staff in the Tote booths are properly trained in doing the lucky wallets that are advertised in the booths and by the pre race presenters. Went to 3 booths, 2 had no clue and the final booth took 20 minutes to do 6 thank you

Poor darling Dealy is now conscious, and you can see how absolutely emaciated he is. His skin drapes him like an old coat thrown over a wooden chair.
This poor boy wasn't lucky enough to find any kindness, no garden providing food. What he was forced to eat is now killing him.
