@virginmedia Hi. On 18 Jan, I cancelled my account. I’m still being charged. I just called again, transferred to moving home team, they transferred me to accounts who saw that I had cancelled & agreed I needed refund. They transferred me to another team, but that team was closed

@lambeth_council My parking permit needs to be renewed by Friday. I can’t log in, it says PW is wrong. When I click ‘forgot password’ link & enter email, the email to reset PW doesn’t arrive. Have tried many times over past week & checked junk folders. https://t.co/EL7xEls3OM
