I suppose one way to get rid of a customer that was asking for help with a problem you can’t solve is to block messages isn’t it @Wallis_Help?! Appalling so won’t bother you again nor purchase from @WallisFashion ever again. Simple question. Appalling service.

Thanks @amazon! Your shocking service has cancelled my prime account without authorisation, despite taking the money and will take 7 days to refund. Your solution? Set up another account and spend another £80! £160??? That’s not a solution.

@AmazonHelp Takes 7 days to get refund. Only solution offered was set up a new account and pay £80. Out of pocket twice. That’s not a solution. The staff were not helpful, unpleasant to deal with and not even an apology for their error. That could have helped but no! 2/2
@AmazonHelp Contacted customer service after I updated my card and upgraded to prime but payment was taken from the old card. Told could refund and take 7 days and set up new account. Asked if they could refund and take payment from new card. They refunded without checking based on that! 1/2
@InsulateLove Please, please stop causing issues for the public and make your stand in a place that affects the decision makers. Families, commuters and law abiding people are suffering and whilst disruption is your aim, suffering should not be!!

Wow @Amazon! Shocking service. Heard note through letterbox. No door knock. Parcel left on an open road next to a plant pot. Recorded as handed to resident. It was not. Found argumentative driver...appalling attitude. It was a mobile phone left in full view! #poorcustomerservice
@RemyLeBarr@AmazonHelp Oh absolutely agree! They literally have to drop and run. Totally get that. But the lies and the argument are the issue. And let’s be honest, leaving a mobile in front of a house is never going to end well however you look at it.
@AmazonHelp A refund of £7.99 for prime for this month. Great but his behaviour is far from acceptable. He represents your business and lied to you by saying it had been handed to the resident and lied to your customer by saying he had knocked PLUS his attitude was a disgrace.
