@AmazonHelp Hi, I’ve just received an order (Neutrogena face cream) & the packaging for the actual item was damaged, the outer box wasn’t sealed properly and the cream itself didn’t have an inner ‘cover’ separating the cream from the lid. I’m not convinced it’s genuine. Pls help
