@pahlincoln I was very uncomfortable this afternoon behind three young lads picking up all sorts of stuff and not wearing masks. Apparently the staff have been told to not challenge anyone without them! And should they not have the NHS track and trace in their stores!
@TalkTalk so when I message to say you didn’t call as scheduled and have rearranged to when I’m not in your reply is “have you tested your channels?” Seriously do you not read things?
@TalkTalk so for the fourth day of waiting in for you to call you’ve rearranged it for the next day when I’m not available. Great customer service. Internet has gone down on 7 of the last 10 days! Really helps your stress levels when you’re trying to work from home!
@TalkTalk for the 6th day our internet has gone off. I’m working from home and now have no idea if I’m going to be able to in the morning! I log onto my account which has green ticks on everything. Can’t contact anyone!
