@CenterParcsUK 3 lodges booked for 12 adults and 3 kids but only 4 pool sessions allowed between us, is it possible to book more as we all have different activities booked so can’t make same sessions?

@on_lothianbuses has there been a change to 47B timetable? Twice this week I’ve went to get one timetabled for 08:00 at Kaimes crossroads heading to Easter Bush and it’s not shown on the app or the bus stop sign and not turned up.

@midgov can the street lights down from Gowkley Moss roundabout to Pentlands Science Park and further down to Edinburgh Technopole be switched on, pedestrians having to walk in the dark. Thank you!

@MidHelp is the council in charge of traffic lights/pedestrian crossing in EH26 area?

@MidHelp The lights have been out at Gowkley Moss roundabout for quite a while now, makes it tricky to cross over the road when traffic is busy and will only get more dangerous with the darker mornings/nights

@easyJet if you get credit for a holiday booking how does someone other than the lead booker go about using it? That seems to be allowed according to T&C but no details on how to make it happen.

@nextofficial how long does it take for a return to be processed, it was collected from me on Saturday But I have no idea if it’s arrived back with you or not?

@on_lothianbuses if I request monthly direct debit ridacard to be cancelled how will I know it happens? Is there a refund of the £25 admin fee if it’s within the year, I wouldn’t have cancelled my card had this situation not arisen + will need it again when things go back normal

@on_lothianbuses I understand the need to reduce services at this time however there is now no service for the Easter Bush/Science Park area, a number of people that work there are on the key workers list. A few buses at peak morning and evening time would be much appreciated

@easyJet Flight has been cancelled tomorrow, no where on manage bookings can requesting a refund be found and I can’t get through on customer services or on web chat. How can I get refund sorted?

@ASOS tried to return a parcel today but the barcode wouldn’t scan, post office said this has been happening a lot. Couldn’t even pay to send it back as the returns postcode isn’t recognised

@ArgosHelpers I had a faulty product collected on 03 Jan, it’s been recieved back but I’m still waiting on refund, any idea why the delay?
