My 3 asks on first Health Day at #COP28:

1️⃣ to Heads of Government, Ministries of Environment, and the leaders of the climate negotiations – I urge you to include your health colleagues as partners.

2️⃣ to Ministers of Health, and the health community overall, I urge you to take on this responsibility as climate champions.

3️⃣ to everyone gathered here — health must be a permanent feature of the climate change agenda from now on.

As my friend Arnold Schwarzenegger would say, we’ll be back.
