@SouthernRailUK It appeared that the onboard supervisor had no idea that the train had been advertised as the Littlehampton train, the display had been updated without an announcement

@SouthernRailUK why display that the train to Littlehampton is leaving from platform 19 on your main board, then the platform board and then announce that it’s in fact the Eastbourne train only once it starts to move (Littlehampton train went from platform 16).

@SouthernRailUK How does that help all of the passengers that had to get off at Clapham and wait for the next service? So many hacked off passengers. If it was a mix up, why not announce that on the train before it left the station? Just really poor service
