BREAKING: Donald Trump makes a stunning admission during a new interview and lays out exactly how he plans to abuse his powers to become a dictator if he wins in 2024.

This should send a chill down the spine of every democracy-loving American...

During an interview with Univision, Trump once again falsely claimed that he is being unfairly targeted by President Biden and the Department of Justice.

"They've weaponized the Justice Department, they've weaponized the FBI and they've come at me with the worst indictments," whined Trump.

"If they want to follow through on this yeah it could certainly happen in reverse, it could certainly happen in reverse..." he said ominously.

"What they've done is they've released the genie out of the box," said Trump.

It is perhaps worth noting that genies are traditionally kept in lamps or bottles, rarely boxes. It seems that Trump, as usual, got confused and mixed up "genie's lamp" and "Pandora's box."

"They have done something that allows the next party I mean if somebody... If I happen to be president and I see somebody who's doing well and beating me very badly I say 'Go down and indict them,'" said Trump.

"Mostly what that would be, you know, they would be out of business!" he added. "They'd be out! They'd be out of the election."

Trump could not be any more clear here. By falsely claiming that Biden is abusing his powers to weaponize the Justice Department, Trump is laying the groundwork to weaponize it himself.

He wants to turn the FBI into his personal Gestapo who he can then sic on political rivals based on fabricated charges. Trump is threatening nothing less than the total dismantlement of the American judicial system.

The remarks also indicate that Trump fully intends to illegally run for a third term if he wins in 2024. Why else would he need to worry about rivals polling well once he's in the White House? He would only care about such a thing if he plans on running in 2028.

This man is a dire threat to democracy. It is your patriotic duty to vote blue.

BREAKING: Federal Judge Tanya Chutkan drops bombshell on indicted 2024 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, slaps him with a devastating gag order and publicly blasts him in open court.

According to CNN, Judge Chutkan declared today, “Mr. Trump is a criminal defendant. He is facing four felony charges. He is under the supervision of the criminal justice system and he must follow his conditions of release. He does not have the right to say and do exactly what he pleases.

Then he asked Trump’s attorney, “Do you agree with that?”

Trump’s lawyer responded, “100%.”

Then Chutkan declared, “When you start to use a word like ‘thug’ to describe Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is doing his job, that wouldn’t be allowed by any other criminal defendant. Just because the defendant is running a political campaign does not allow him to do whatever he wants. If the message Mr. Trump wants to express is ‘my prosecution is politically motivated,’” he can do so without using “highly charged language.”

Judge Chutkan didn’t stop there, declaring that Trump’s “troubling” posts may incite harm and violence against Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team.

Judge Chutkan specifically pointed to a Truth Social post in which the former president referred to Jack Smith as a “thug,” asking Trump’s attorney, “In what kind of case do you think it would be appropriate for a criminal defendant to call the prosecutor a thug and stay on the streets?”

At this point, Trump’s attorney told Judge Chutkan that Trump has no choice but to attack Jack Smith because gems fighting “oppression” and “totalitarianism,” but Judge Chutkan didn’t let him get away with it, cutting off Trump’s lawyer, and telling him to “tone down” his hysterical language.

Trump’s attorney responded that Trump didn’t need anymore restrictions because the prior restrictions were “working, but Judge Chutkan literally laughed in his face and him that he better “keep politics out” of her “courtroom.”

To make matters even worse for Trump, Judge Chutkan ended today’s hearing by letting Trump know that that the trial date set for early March won’t change: “This trial will not yield to the election cycle, and we will not revisit the trial date.”

BREAKING: Trump is hit with brutal news as CNN reveals that New York Judge Arthur Engoron just slapped Trump with a gag order forbidding Trump from personally attacking his courtroom staff on social media after Trump went after his clerk.

The judge didn’t hold back, declaring, “This morning, one the defendants posted on a social media account a disparaging untrue and personally identifying post about a member of my staff. Although I have since ordered the post deleted and apparently it was, it was also emailed out to millions of other recipients. Personal attacks of any member of my court staff are unacceptable, inappropriate and I will not tolerate them.”

The judge continued, “Consider this statement an order forbidding all parties from posting, emailing or speaking publicly about any members of my staff. Failure to abide by this … will result in serious sanctions.”

According to CNN, Donald Trump looked straight ahead and refused to look the judge in the eye as the judge read his order and reprimanded him.

Trump posted on Truth Social Tuesday attacking Engoron’s clerk, claiming she was a “girlfriend” to Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer — even though reporters have found zero evidence to back this claim up.

Monday, Trump also went after the clerk, declaring, “And this rogue judge, a Trump hater. The only one that hates Trump more is his associate up there. The person that works with him. She’s screaming into his ear almost every time we ask a question. A disgrace. It’s a disgrace.”

Kudos to the judge for holding Trump accountable and not giving him any special treatment.

BREAKING: Hillary Clinton issues a POWERFUL response to Donald Trump’s indictment in Atlanta’s Fulton County tonight, declaring, “This is a terrible moment for our country to have a former president accused of these terribly important crimes. The only satisfaction may be that the system is working. That all of the efforts by Donald Trump, his allies, and his enablers to try to silence the truth and to undermine our democracy have been brought into the light — and that justice is being pursued."

But she didn’t stop there, setting her sights on Trump’s Republican conspirators, “I hope that we won't have accountability just for Donald Trump and the others named in these indictments — but that we will also have accountability for a political party that has just gone all in with Trump with all the lies and the divisiveness and the lack of any conscience about what has been done to the country."
