@LEVIS @Levis_UK I bought some jeans in Nov (the most recent purchase of many over the years) - they have ALREADY ripped in the crotch! Your support team says that I won't be compensated as this is wear and tear - but how can £85 jeans only last 3 months of non-everyday wear?!?!
