@dr_s_bertrand @DrPorcher It's about using your privilege to make change. I'm going to be privileged whether I actively am racist or not, so I might as well use my privilege to be an ally/accessory for the Black community and fight with my fellow humans. #teacheredumatters

@dr_s_bertrand @StefanieChowUD @DrPorcher The system was build at a time where Black and Brown bodies were not allowed to be educated, so considering we are still using the same system, there are obviously problems with it, like with the school to prison pipeline. #teacheredumatters

@DrPorcher @dr_s_bertrand We all have responsibility. As whites, we’ve lived privileged lives and have benefited from racism, even if we ourselves are not racist. No one should experience violence because of who they are, so it’s everyone’s responsibility to stand up for human rights. #teacheredumatters
