@youfibre@youfibre you “installed”broadband & phone 2 weeks ago for Dad, 82 & hard of hearing. He can phone out, come from a 0333 number not his number, but can’t receive calls and no broadband. His medical devices need to upload. Will you send an engineer ASAP to sort this out urgently
