TM just telling me it has been because they’ve issued my tickets for the wrong date and won’t acknowledge the fact. Can’t do 17th, or 21st when the re sell

@coldplay what is a rolling ticket and why can can @Ticketmaster @TicketmasterUK @TicketmasterCS change dates on tickets for alternate dates for shows that ARE NOT subject to change. The 20th has not been rescheduled yet TM have changed my tickets to 17th and basically said tough

@coldplay can you confirm if the 20th for Wembley has been rescheduled? I can’t find anything and @TicketmasterUK are telling me it has been and that’s why they have issued my tickets for the 17th. Someone pls answer me I’ve been trying for 48 hrs to sort this out :-(

@coldplay @Ticketmaster my ticket for the 20th has been issued for the 17th, according to TM it’s a rolling ticket and can be subject to sudden event or date change so tough they say. Can’t go 17th, had to sell tickets. Only the 19th was changed. I urge not to use TM again!
