@airtransat you're service is TERRIBLE! Flight delayed 11hrs. Now we dont have our option+ seats we paid >$350 for (2seats in row rather than 3). We bought them because we're travelling w a baby. You took our $ ! Plus I'm now sandwiched in middle seat middle row with my baby!

@airtransat flight is delayed 9hrs, mechanical issues. Why no contingency? I paid more $ to be on a AM flight with my toddler, he is now going to be cranky + who's going to give me back the afternoon of vacay I've lost! So frustrated! Wish the new CTA regulations were in effect
