It is regrettable that the US Department, Donald Trump, and the US Embassy in Kenya are aiding violations of court orders and the Constitution by the William Ruto administration - Martha Karua
Kenyans deserve justice that is transparent, reasoned, and accountable.
Today, I have petitioned the Judicial Service Commission @jsckenya to investigate three Court of Appeal judges who suspended High Court orders blocking the Kenya-US Health Cooperation Framework, but withheld their reasons for doing so until October 2026.
My concern is not that they ruled against me. It is that an immediately enforceable decision was issued without reasons, effectively frustrating a timely appeal to the @THE_SCOK and denying Kenyans meaningful access to justice.
Judicial independence must be protected. But independence and accountability must go hand in hand. No institution is above the Constitution.

Nearly half of Kenya’s projected FY 2026/2027 budget will go to debt servicing instead of development.
Out of the Ksh 4.82 trillion budget, taxpayers will pay approximately Ksh 2.3 trillion toward debt obligations, including Ksh 1.3 trillion consumed purely by loan interest payments before meaningful development spending even begins.
Under Kenyan law, debt repayment is a “first charge” on national revenue. Creditors are paid first, before hospitals, schools, counties, agriculture, or public services.
At the same time, Kenya continues borrowing heavily to repay maturing loans and cover budget deficits. The public debt has now risen to approximately Ksh 12.4 trillion, while ordinary citizens continue facing unemployment, high taxation, failing services, and rising economic hardship.
Kenyans must ask:
Who borrowed this money?
Were all these loans borrowed procedurally as per the constitution?
Who benefited?
Why should citizens repay debts arising from corruption, secrecy, inflated contracts, and mismanagement?
An odious debt is not a people’s debt. It is a regime debt.
This constitutional and economic battle continues in court.
The matter comes up on 25th June 2026 at the Milimani Law Courts.
Kenyans must remain vigilant. This fight is about economic justice, accountability, and the future of our Republic. #DeniBandia #OdiousDebt #ReKe
Apart from Teachers Training Colleges (P1), Kagumo and Kenya Science (Diploma) and KTTC (Vocational trainers), KENYATTA UNIVERSITY remains one of the best Teachers Training Colleges.
KENYATTA UNIVERSITY started with S1 and SA certificates for teachers in 1965.

If you are a Kenyan,
You must have seen a sustained narrative claiming that your president and his deputy are at loggerheads.
They are NOT.
You must have heard that the president is persecuting his deputy just the same way the former president was at loggerheads with his deputy.
They were not.
Here is the thing,
The system keeps you in a sustained political debate.
This artificial conundrum is designed to distract you and vex your spirits.
This debate is meant to sow divisions among citizens.
The system thrives in confusion, division and distraction.
Listen,
The social stratum has the wealthy, the middle class and the poor.
The poor are busy looking for survival, they have little time for political correctness.
The wealthy are busy looking after their wealth by funding politicians to write legislation that will continue making them wealthier.
The crux of the matter is in the middle class where you and I sit.
These are the pawns of the game. They are educated but are idiots.
They are the ones who go to the queue for voting. (The poor don't vote unless induced by money).
The middle class are the noise decibels.
They are the donkeys that work hard to feed the rich. They are heavily taxed.
They are the fools thrown into a heated circus to hate each other, create divisions and distract themselves.
They claim to be learned but cannot decipher the political con game.
The middle class are the ones with big televisions, smartphones and computers. It is here the rich pay the media to sow seeds of confusion and distraction.
It is only a foolish Kenyan who thinks the political crooks from both ends of the political divide don't meet privately to laugh at how they have divided the masses.
It is only a foolish citizen who thinks politicians serve them.
They don't and will never.
Politicians serve
• The World Bank
• World Economic Forum
• IMF
• USAID
• UKAID
• America
• Britain
Refuse to be drawn into imaginary conflicts.
Focus on your goals.
Mobilize your energies.
Politicians won't save you. They are part of the problem.

VIEWER DISCRETION!
As promiscuous women continue to insult me, here is a video by Raphael Tuju.
It is called THE SILENT EPIDEMIC,
It was a popular IEC (Information, Education and Communication) tool in the 90s and 00s promoting behaviour change and sensitising the public about Sexually Transmitted Infections.
Just like the 90s, a lot of young men today have become reckless and indiscriminate in the sex market.
Promotional sexual health messages have since been erased in our public institutions (Schools, colleges and hospitals), leaving an awareness gap that is silently predisposing young people to HIV/AIDS and STDs.
Young men engage in risky sexual behaviours, oblivious to the consequences of their choices.
This video is just 18 minutes, and it will save your life.

Odious Debt is toxic because it enriches the few while robbing the many, it’s money borrowed in the people’s name but never for their benefit. #DeniBandia#TukoKadi
I have finally had a chance to read your messages of support, endorsement and encouragement. It is an honor to earn your support. I will continue going to every part of our beloved country to engage with you and earn your support. Together, we will change Kenya! ^DM
Schools used to have debates every Wednesday during club meetings:
"Rural life is better than urban life."
"Day schools are better than boarding schools."
"The government is better than the opposition."
"Mr Speaker, Sir, I urge my opponents to cross the floor."
These debates were simulating parliamentary debates.
This taught students,
• Public speaking skills.
• Communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
In addition, these school debates, coupled with the GHC subject, were a form of civic education.
But the education system destroyed these activities because it created students who were politically conscious and enlightened.
The system wants you to remain ignorant so that it can control you.
Bring the school debates back!

Kenyatta National Hospital collects Sh 40 to Sh 60 million daily but KNH is unable to buy reagents for its laboratories or feed patients? Well, congratulations. Flashy speeches, wet dreams and fireworks never replace good governance. But who cares. Free answer: no one. Zero. ⚖️
