Last night (Aug 26th @ 11pm) this inebriated Covid denier decided to punch me in the head on my bus home when I stood up for a lady he was racially abusing and my flat mate he verbally abused. Thank you to the @on_lothianbuses driver who helped us leave safely…
Just a btw, telling someone they should have more confidence won’t make them more confident. In fact it will probably make them more insecure about not being confident… in my experience anyway.
I think everyone can do better! If someone opens up to you take it seriously!! Don’t brush anything off, don’t assume you know what they’re going through cause 9 times out of 10 you’re wrong and that could make the difference.
It takes so much for someone to open up and actually talk about their mental health. Why in 2021 is it still not taken seriously? It’s not good enough.

Today I call up to follow up and have now been told that we won’t get any money back from a phone call they cut us off from. How it takes 4 months to come to a conclusion is well beyond me!!
Honestly shocked at the lack of communication from @easyJet . When I was away in Turkey in SEPTEMBER we had to call EasyJet about our transfer as we hadn’t been given any details. 47 mins on hold to then be cut off with a £72 phone bill from that 1 call!!
Since then I have been in the phone to 4 different @easyJet phone operators who the first 3 said they would put it through for a refund, one of them even ‘fast tracking’ to then have no further communication on this and no refund.
