Our boiler has just broken down for the 4th time in 2 weeks. The 8th or 9th time since it was newly installed last June. No heating or hot water when you have a 9 month old in the house is not acceptable. @BritishGas has sold us a boiler that is not fit for purpose (1/2)

…but do not seem to care. We have had to move out as it was so cold and the baby was ill, and I’ve had to put a woolly hat on her in our own living room (as per photo), but @BritishGas say it does not warrant replacement despite clearly being faulty
