@GWRHelp HUGE thanks need to be passed on to one of the station workers at Westbury station. My 75 year old mum was left stranded after her connecting train to Plymouth was cancelled at 7pm. Thanks to one member of staff, she has now reached her destination. #aboveandbeyond

@ShowcaseCinemas why do your staff have to be so rude? Visited the one with our 15- and 18-year olds, both had their passports as ID. Proof of age was demanded rudely, checked and then thrown back at them with no other comment. Sorry to spoil their fun of turning people away!

@BluestarHQ please inform your drivers of the #number8 bus through #Marchwood that #TrottsLane is closed. Several buses are not using the diversion (which is admittedly signposted too late) and getting stuck turning around in the lane.
