@YWHelp any idea when the water will be back on in dl6 area? Off all morning. Got a text at 8:16am saying it should be back on by 12:15pm and regular updates on the website. Last update was 8:23am. Not sure that is regular. It’s half term and I have 4 children here without water.

@YWHelp The issue is the comms is terrible. Promised updates by a certain time and not getting them. I’m on the priority list with no water since 5am and no bottled water delivered. It’s half term here so no water or heating for the kids. If a tanker is available I’ve not been made aware

@Tesco I received 2 packs of these on Saturday 2nd December at around 3pm. Just gone to use them, to find that both packets went off on Saturday 2nd December. No mention that they were a short shelf life. Literally gave me 9 hours to eat 20 frankfurters.
